Room additions require architectural planning and engineering that is approved by the local governing Department of Building and Safety before an accurate estimated is provided. Mid-size and larger projects that include additions and/or remodeling, we use a square foot formula to establish a basic cost. Our square foot calculator is a bidding format based on the square footage being added or remodeled and gives the customer a general idea of what any given project might cost. These are what we consider "preliminary numnbers" to establish if your project is within the expected budget. Once the budget has been established, our company will provide a "line item" estimate for construction cost transparency. See our company's "Line Item Bid Sheet" for further details.
