Our company will provide a "line item bid sheet" after the project budget has been established with our "square foot" calculations. Below is a sample of what the "line item bid sheet" includes, and demonstrates the transparency of the bidding process, and each line item will have either a "bid price" or an "allowance price" with the sub-total carried over. Allowances are made when an exact price cannot be determined because of various reasons. Usually allowances are made for products that are not called out on the plans, or for various sub-contractors. When multiple bids are taken, our company will supply additional blank copies to our customer so that all contractors are bidding on the same end product.
