Major Remodels

A distressed home completely remodeled.

This home was a disaster before it was acquired by Double GC Property LLC. Both the interior and exterior was altered, remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and the living room; including new windows, doors, flooring, roofing, central air, architectural eaves with siding, painting and new fixtures throughout the house. The existing patio was improved with retaining walls, planters, brick work, a natural gas brick barbeque and other landscaping features.
