Remember, all room additions add square footage to your home, and will require an architect and approval from the city prior to the commencement of construction. Family Room Additions

Add comfort to your life by adding space and enriching your surroundings.

This family room addition also included a major remodel, adding a bathroom, laundry room and enlarging the existing kitchen. Bed & Bath

Broad pleasures and broad living by creating a luxurious master suite.

This master bed and bath addition included a deck, pergola and jacuzzi with landscaping and stone work. This is a stunning addition, creating a very desireable master suite. Why not? Garage & Art Studio

Building a new garage to code, and converting it into a custom art studio.

This garage was designed and built to be used as an art studio, but still meeting the city codes required for a garage. Complete with a fire sprinkler system, insulation, drywall, windows and doors. The doors are extra large four foot by eight foot, bi-fold hinged and opens into a sixteen foot opening. These extra heavy doors were hung inside a custom steel frame with ball bearing hinges, welded to a 6x6x1 inch steel plates to handle the extreme weight and pressure.
